Elle Bunn Lappan

Elle Bunn Lappan is a dynamic force, balancing a successful career in the insurance industry with raising a family. A 2011 graduate of James Madison University, Elle brings her background in Sports & Business Management to her varied roles and ventures.

Prior to joining the family-run Bunn Insurance in 2014, Elle served as the Director of Community Relations for the Charlotte Checkers, where she played a significant role in fostering strong relationships between the team and the community it served. Her passion for people and community building continues to shine through her work at Bunn Insurance, where she brings the same dedication and enthusiasm that marked her sports career.

In her personal life, Elle is happily married to Mike, and together they share three beautiful children: Madeline, Nash, and Gillian. The family resides on 11 acres in Montpelier, Virginia, where Elle is an active community member. She currently sits on the board of the PTA for South Anna Elementary School (SAES), a testament to her dedication to enriching the educational environment of her community.

Beyond her work and community service, Elle is a professional photographer, capturing life’s precious moments with her discerning eye.

Despite her busy schedule, Elle manages to seamlessly blend her career, family life, and hobbies, embodying the spirit of a truly modern woman. Her strength, perseverance, and devotion to her family and community serve as an inspiration to everyone she encounters.
